Who I Serve
I work with women who long for a space where they can remember
what it is like to be looked after, supported and held.
You don't need to arrive feeling calm, flexible or knowing exactly what you need.
You only need a willingness to meet yourself honestly and receive.
This is a place to restore, not to achieve.
"When I am healed I am not healed alone."
Course in Miracles

What to Expect
Every class unfolds differently because every group is different.
Some evenings we'll move more. Some evenings we'll meditate longer. Some evenings we'll journal. Some evenings we'll simply breathe and listen.
Every practice is rooted in Integral Yoga and guided by what supports the body, mind and emotional world that day.
There is no need to perform. There is nothing to keep up with. Only an invitation to arrive honestly.
* If you're looking for a fast-paced fitness class, this probably isn't the right place.
* If you're longing for a slower, more intuitive practice that honours your whole being, I'd love to welcome you.

Meet Your Guide

I have come to believe that many of us have forgotten what it feels like to truly rest, to be witnessed and to belong.
Everything I offer is my response to that forgetting.
I have been a student of Integral Yoga for over twenty-five years and have spent the last eight years guiding intimate groups with care and presence.
My work invites people to reconnect with their bodies, understand their emotional world, and discover that nothing within them needs to be rushed or pushed away.
Rooted in my Persian heritage and now based in Berlin, I weave together the wisdom of Integral Yoga, its sister sciences, and a deep reverence for the feminine to create spaces that are gentle, honest and deeply human.
I look forward to welcoming you.

Eleni
"Sahar's teaching style is slow-paced, mindful and deeply attentive, which made it easy for me to reconnect with my body at my own rhythm. What I appreciated most was how connected Sahar is to the student in front of her."
Negar
"Sahar's class was more than just a physical practice; it felt like a warm, family-like gathering that offered both the presence of a special community and space for personal experience and self-awareness."
Mahin
