Sahar
Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Iran, Abandan, 30
(translated from Persian)
Before joining Sahar’s circle, I was struggling with the pain of a 10-year relationship ending and feeling overwhelmed by self-judgment and comparison. I felt worthless and incomplete, unsure if I could ever heal. When I stumbled upon one of Sahar’s live sessions, something in her words and energy spoke directly to my soul. I felt an undeniable call to join her women’s circle, despite my fears and doubts. This healing space reconnected me with my divine feminine energy and helped me see my true worth as a woman. Through Sahar’s unique way of creating a safe, nurturing circle, I discovered that love is within me and that I am a source of creation and healing. Today, I feel transformed, empowered, and deeply connected to myself. Now, I am guiding other women on their own journeys of healing and self-discovery, helping them find the same light and love within themselves. (translated from Persian)

Sahar has helped me understand myself so much better & accept parts of myself that I used to struggle with. This has even had an impact on my daily life, making me feel healthier & so much better overall. Dear Sahar, I know you’re not a big fan of this word, but to me, you’re an influencer—in the best possible way! And, of course, an incredibly cool woman!
Meet Your Guide
My name is Sahar Shakti Morady
As an Integral Yoga Teacher & Mentor, Womb Circle Facilitator, and Kundalini Shakti Activator, I create intentional healing spaces for women's transformative growth. My approach is deeply intuitive and responsive, with each circle carefully curated based on the collective energetic needs I sense through ongoing conversations and connections with women.
I believe that healing is not a solitary journey, but a collective awakening. These monthly gatherings elevate collective consciousness by guiding participants' nervous systems towards a state of heightened awareness and integration, providing a sacred container for shared healing experiences.

I wanted to take a moment to express my deep gratitude for the magical full moon circle gathering last night. The energy and connection I felt during our time together was truly transformative, and I am so grateful to have been a part of this experience.
Sahar Jan your guidance and facilitation created a safe and nurturing space for us all to explore our inner selves and connect with the energy of the full moon.
I left the circle feeling rejuvenated and more connected to my own power.
I look forward to our next gathering to continue this beautiful journey together.

Over the last few years I have gone through several deep-reaching personal life changes. One of which meant a loss of community. The women's circle facilitated by Sahar was just the space I needed to feel grounded through these changes. Sahar creates such a soulful & beautiful space where anyone, with any background, can feel safe & welcome. I have come to look forward to the monthly women's circles as a place to pause & reflect on my own inner personal & spiritual needs. A place to be still & listen to my inner knowing. The space celebrates the feminine & has helped me embrace what it is to be a woman. I have often sought a place where I can gather with other women & find a community in our feminine identity, this circle has been perfect for that purpose. For any who are interested, you will find Sahar a wise & nurturing facilitator & guide.

Together we will...
Ease into deep relaxation.
Journey through a grounding meditation.
Practice gentle breathwork to regulate the nervous system.
Find our voice through singing or chanting.
Reflect and contemplate with open journaling prompts.
Share experiences and wisdom in an intimate, supportive group.
